  • Parking: There are no parking fees at Encore Resort at Reunion.
  • Pet Policy: The resort allows pet with a $40+ tax daily fee per unit. Please notify the resort prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Undisclosed pets will be charged a cleaning fee and damage fee.
  • Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in. Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in. Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.

Does the resort charge a resort fee?

Yes. A nightly resort fee of $40 plus tax per home is charged. Do all homes have a private pool and spa? Is there an additional cost for heating?

All homes have a private pool. Not all homes have a spa, although guests are able to put in a request for a private spa. Pool heat is available for an additional nightly fee of $40 from May through October, and $60 from November through April. Fees may change and are subject to applicable taxes.

Is parking free?

Complimentary self-parking is available throughout the resort, although parking on the street is not permitted. Additional overflow parking is located in the Westside, Eastside, and at the Clubhouse.

How far is Encore Reunion Resort from Orlando's major attractions?

The resort is located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. Complimentary shuttles to theme parks are offered on schedule. Reservations are required and can be confirmed with the Concierge. Shuttle service to Orlando International Airport is also available for an additional charge.

Does the resort have accessible homes and amenities?

Yes. The resort offers some homes that include roll-in showers, lights, ground floor bedrooms, and ramps. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please note them in your reservation and contact the resort using the phone number provided in your confirmation email or voucher before your arrival to ensure your needs can be accommodated.

Can passes be purchased for the Water Park?

No, the Water Park is only available to Encore Resort guests staying on property.

Does my stay include access to the water park?

Yes! All guests staying at Encore Resort enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive on-site water park, which includes thrilling slides, a kids’ splash zone, and private cabanas. No extra ticket purchase is required.

Does my stay include breakfast?

Yes, all guests at Encore Resort, Spectrum Resort, and Bear's Den Resort have access to a complimentary hot breakfast buffet every day of their stay. Here are the details: Location: Finn’s Restaurant in the Encore Clubhouse Time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM daily Menu Offerings: Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, and coffee- served buffet style (self-serve) Important Notes: Breakfast is complimentary for guests up to the house occupancy. Any additional guests beyond house occupancy will be charged $12.95 per person. Guests will be greeted by a hostess to check in and ensure eligibility. Hostess will have an in-house guest list. Guests are to provide the name and address of their home to the hostess.
